Borax Crystal's

Aim: To learn about a saturated solution and how to make crystals

Borax Crystals

Materials

1) Cups

2) a teaspoon of borax

3) Half a cup of water

4) Tea spoon

5) 1 peg
6) Pipe Cleaners

Process

Step 1: Get a Cup of hot water and borax

Step 2: stir the borax till it dissolves

Step 3: get 3 pip cleaners then make it into a star

Step 4: get a peg

Step 5: Put the star into the peg

Step 6: put the peg with the pip cleaner into 
            the water then let it set for 2 days then it will turn into a crystal.

Sugar Crystals

Materials

1) 8 tablespoons sugar

2) Cup

3) Table spoon 

4) Hot Water

5) Yourself

Process

Step 1: Get the water 

Step 2: wait for mr palmer to give you 8 tablespoons of sugar

Step 3: stir till the dissolves 

Step 4: it will turn green

Step 5: Then you write your name on a piece of paper 

Step 6: then put it on a tray

Salt Crystals

Materials

1) Cups

2) Water

3) Tablespoon salt

4) Paper A4

5) Pen

Process

Get a Cup of hot water and salt

Step 2: stir the salt till it dissolves

Step 3: get 3 pip cleaners then make it into a star

Step 4: get a peg

Step 5: Put the star into the peg

Step 6: put the peg with the pip cleaner into 
            the water then let it set for 2 days then it will turn into a crystal.
