Today in literacy we went on a trip to rotorua and to taupo for the first question we had to write 3 things how to keep our neighborhood beautiful instead of three I did 7 because I want

to get full marks. For the second activity you had to take a photo of you relaxed well doing work and Describe what you like to do when you relax. For the bonus activity you had to write what you have learnt this week and last week.

Then I used a phone, Headphones, Music signs, a person, and some lines 
for detail and because I love music. I wanted to make this I think it would look cool 
and very detailed so first I went on to the logo link then I got all the stuff and then put them 
in the places I wanted them to be

Day#6 Native Aotearoa

Today for the first activity was write how you would feel if you were the first person to set foot in new Zealand for the second activity we had to write about what we would like to go to like the Matariki Festival and other things for the Bonus question... we had to write about hakas 
there is a two day Kapa Haka competition. The haka is a traditional war dance that Maori performed before going into battle.

Day#5 One step at a time

Today in writing we have been looking at some sites and the first activity was to write a (10 - 8) sentence store what could happen if you got lost without your group second activity was write about a famous person I picked Joseph Parker because hes my famous boxer the bonus activity was about write your feelings about would you want to go to otago central rail trail I said yes because I want to explore more places in the world

Day 4 on the road to nelson to help beached whales

Our fourth day on the road in the traveling attitude still in our New Zealand road trip this time we went to Nelson to help beached whales so first we put towels on the whales then we put water on them we first watched a video how to explain why we should ban fishermen from fishing at farewell split. For the first activity we had to write some reasons on how locals helped beached whales to live. Then we had activity two that dint work as we couldn't watch the videos. The bonus activity was about should we band fishermen from fish and killing the dolphins

On Thursday we had to do a video note and a mind mup about commenting on each other blogs and texting and some other things. I did a mind mup because we had to so I first sit down on the mat then listend to the teachers than they showed us how to get on our task then we watched a video witch is up top then here is my mind mup

Day 3

Today in literacy we watched and read some stuff and we had to pick one animal that we had to write about and put facts about that animal I choose the yellow eyed bird because its really colorful.

Weekly Work: Day Two

This week in literacy we have been learning more about other places around Christchurch and New Zealand. So first we look at some ideas of Islington bay then I had listens to the words with read write it app then I put some of the ideas down in my own words.Then I looked at another sit about the best place to go would be Karekare beach in Auckland Then I listend to that to then did the same like I did with Islington bay write it down in my own words.Then I watched a video about a girl named Laura that had made it around the hole world on a boat and that really inspired me because it gave me ideas and questions to ask her.Then there came the bonus question you had to get a buddy to ask them questions what they like to do outdoors or indoors.

Activity: 1

Islington Bay a popular place for private boats in Rangitoto. Private boats may use the wharves for loading and unloading passengers only. Wharves means a structure built on the shore by water.

The best place to go would be Karekare beach in Auckland because you can chill there if it is hot. Also if you want to take a walk there you could go for a walk with your mates and family or have a swim in the waterfall you can surf and catch fish when you're at the beach.

Karekare beach is located on Auckland's west coast between Piha in the north and Whatipu in the south.

You can visit New Zealand's largest known living Kauri tree you can have a tour around the tree and there are easy walks and suitable buggies for kids to ride there.

This competition  is about who can get the most points from the activity's. The first and second activity is worth 2 points each  

My Calendar Art

For about 1 week and a half we have been working on calendar art. 

For calendar art we got to pick out of Karo, City Scape  and Hearts. 

I had choose Koru because you can put the Koru on any side and also you can have lots of detail or just a little detail. 

I used Blue + dark, Red, black, yellow, Green, Skin color and white.

Short and Complex Sentences

Today in reading and writing we were learning about how to write short and complex sentences. This is my one 

Once upon a time there was a tiny village but one day they heard SWOOSH!!! Suddenly... everyone looks up and there minds were blown everyone started running saying ¨RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!!! AAAAA¨ Giants with big Suckers that were sucking up all the people.

They all ran into the palest and were begging not to get sucked up they were wearing suits with gas masks on with lights next to their eyes SHIP PP!!!! Goes the suckers then people were gone and it was quite.

They were poor and all the poor people were getting sucked up it was really sad because the poor people had no food or money 10 of them survived.
